Brief Description:
An XML-RPC web service that allows MIO's portal to look up PeopleSoft emplid by providing a @uwosh.edu email address.

Full Description:

Campus systems often need to exchange data. In the past we have used batch file extractions and loads, but these are inefficient and contain data that are often stale. Instead, we proposed to use web services to connect MIO systems to PeopleSoft, so that we could provide exactly the data required, on demand.
