Migration of Sustainability Site to New Server/UWO Skin

Migration of existing Sustainability site to the new server and temporary URL.

Full Description:

Updated status: per Chancellor Wells this is a higher priority than originally.

We need to have the Existing sustainability site moved to the new server and apply the UWO skin to it. The existing site is at http://www.uwosh.edu/sustainability

We would like to port over all the existing data to a temporary URL, but the new director will be reviewing the existing content. I am adding myself as making the request until we identify the correct person.
