Migrate IMC to new skin

Full Description:

Exported & imported into 3.2 server. New skin installed. PloneFormGen version upgrade from 1.2 to 1.5 so please check that forms work correctly. Please check that everything works correctly. When the reskinning is complete we can export & reimport just the content, then switch the site URLs to go live.

Installed trunk of ATVocabularyManager since the normal release breaks in Plone 3.2; see http://plone.org/products/atvocabularymanager/issues/55.

Installed UWOshProjects product (branch: Zope2ATVocab). Manually cloned Large Folder to Project Folder, added projects_tabular_view.
