Brief Description:
A site that lets us create short URLs of the form "uwosh.edu/go/xyz". These sorts of short URLs do not require RewriteRules in Apache, so we (non-sysadmin deities) can create these at will. Normally this site and its skin won't be visible since it immediately redirects the browser to the final destination URL.
