Plain plone site for now please.

Below are a some of the features that will be included in the website.

a) A website for the journal

b) Opportunity to archive past articles so that readers can have access to them through the website.

c) Opportunity for author to create a user name and pass word and submit an article for review. (self registration)

d) Opportunity for a reviewer to create a user name and password, and review an article assigned to such reviewer. (self registration + Workflow)

e) And ay other features that you think can help the journal look professional.

The submissions will probably be in Word or PDF. A submitter will submit the data and not be allowed to resubmit or alter the original submission. The admin of the site will initially review the submitted data then contact X number of peer reviewers to review the article. Once they have giving their verdict (rating?) along with comments the article will be published or declined by the administrator.
