Brief Description:
Currently exists as a folder on the main university site, need to move it off the home site.

Full Description:

Currently exists as a folder on the main site, due to ease of use and adding functionality they need to split this off to be its own site.

Need a Template created uwosh.edu/commencement would be ideal, and existing data copied from the current folder at uwosh.edu/home/commencement to the new template.
