Full Description:

From Peggy Karls: Faculty complain about not being able to find documents on R:, they would like meeting minutes posted & archived, each team would like their own area that others could not view, a calendar, all COB processes, and perhaps a blog. I'm sure there's more items, but that's all I can think of at the moment. Several people would need access to submit and edit documents for the intranet.

Implementation Notes:

A small team of COBA faculty and staff tested a Plone 3 site that has been set to use the Intranet/Extranet workflow. They subsequently approved the use of Plone 3 for their intranet. The next steps are to organize the structure of the site, workflow, and additional navigational aids.
