New Trac System
A new web front end for our Subversion code repository

We finally have Trac working:
If you already have commit privileges for our SVN repo, use the same login credentials with Trac.
The Trac timeline feature is particularly useful to see what code changes went into a given SVN commit ("changeset").
We are still looking at how Trac provides issue tracking ("tickets"). Trac tickets have a very nice automatic link to the changeset that fixed a given bug, making it ridiculously easy to see directly and precisely what the code fix was for a bug you happen to be reading about.
Trac is also a wiki.
