Plone has been officially selected as the campus web content management system

After an arduous and vigorous internal debate by IT, IMC, Faculty Senate, Plone site owners and users, the recommendation was made to the Chancellor yesterday that Plone be selected as the official campus web content management system.

The Chancellor was presented with additional recommendations regarding staffing and other costs associated with getting all campus web sites migrated to Plone.
