How to display photo galleries

Plone lets you display simple photo galleries: you create a folder, you use the "display" menu to choose "show as thumbnails", you place images into it.

If you want a fancier/slick animated gallery, you install the plonetruegallery product into your site (ask your friendly local Plone site administrator or campus Plone team member). 

That product was written by our own Nathan Van Gheem while he was but a lowly intern, and is used by Plone sites around the world.
