Transition to GroupReview state no longer populates Assigned Reviewer group..Last year (2010 cycle) we had it working so that when the review forms were created the assigned reviewers we added to the "Assigned Reviewer" group. This is no longer working on the installed grant sites (2011).

Issue state: unconfirmed → open

As we are in the middle of a proposal review cycle and I have already assigned reviews, this should wait until we are done for repair. I am assuming we somehow reverted to slightly older code. For ease of maintenance, I think the script that does this should be part of the "before" transition scripts. At present, I believe the code was put in the code that generates review forms.

I don't recall making any code changes to the product. When you're ready, I'd like to set up a test case that we can test and observe.

I don't recall the details, but I believe the change may have been made by Marshall. Maybe it was only done on the live site? After I survive processing this cycle's proposals I'll be ready to look into this more.
