#17 — Duplicate emails on form submission

I'd have to know what email address was entered into the form, because the form is set to send an email to that email address as well as to imcprojects@uwosh.edu. I'd also have to see a copy of the entire email message(s) that were sent by the form, including all header information. A good test would be to have someone fill out the form who is not receiving email sent to imcprojects@uwosh.edu.

By the way, do you know you have duplicates of these forms?

OK, I have a fix. It appears that the Mailer adapter, when migrated from your old site, does indeed send duplicate emails. The fix is to go into the form folder, add a new Mailer Adapter (call it "New Mailer"), duplicate the settings from the old mailer adapter, save the new adapter, edit the form, uncheck the box next to the old mailer (probably called "Mailer"), save the change. I did this for
