PloneFormGen forms: ask for full name, not separate first and last names

A new PloneFormGen form contains a name field that defaults to showing the Plone user's full name, if the person is logged in.  This is a useful feature because it means when you require the form submitter to be logged in (ie. you leave the form in the private state, but with the Sharing tab you allow logged in users to view) that name field gets filled automatically -- very convenient.

If instead you decide you want to ask for separate first, middle, and last names, you force the form user to enter those values manually.

Help make your forms as easy and as convenient to use as possible!  Use the default name (full name) field as is.
