How to fix your login problem

if you are unable to log into a UW Oshkosh Plone site

Most uwosh.edu web sites require that you use your NetID username and password.  Normally, web sites that require NetID will display the NetID logo on the login page.

Your NetID username is the portion of your email address BEFORE the '@' symbol. e.g., if your email address is 'zaphod@uwosh.edu' then your NetID username is 'zaphod'.

RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD OR UNLOCKING YOUR ACCOUNT

If you do not have the correct password or your account has been locked because of "too many" unsuccessful login attempts, please call the Help Desk at (920) 424-3020.
