How to fix the Submit button on your form

if the form's Submit button doesn't do anything when clicked

Make sure the form isn't locked for editing.  If the form is locked, the Submit button is disabled.  This is a safety feature intended to prevent form submissions while the form is being changed.

You can tell this is happening on the form if you view the page source, then search for the Submit button's HTML.  It will look like this if it is disabled:

<input class="context" type="submit"
name="form_submit" value="Submit"
disabled="disabled" />

The way to unlock the form is to ask whoever is editing it to click the Cancel button at the bottom of the form's edit page.  If the person isn't currently editing the form, he/she can still click the edit tab then click the Cancel button at the bottom of the edit page; that will do the same thing.
