How to fix a permissions issue with static text portlets and Site Owners

our Site Owner role & group was unable to edit static text portlets

A while back Joel ran into a problem whereby Site Owners were unable to edit static text portlets. The fix is to upgrade plone.portlet.static from 1.1.5 to 1.2rc1, because in 1.1.5 the edit permission was "Manage portal" and that was changed correctly in 1.2rc1 to "Add static text portlet".

The accompanying fix is for us to change the Site Owner role via the site's ZMI Security tab so that it gets "plone.portlet.static: Add static portlet" permission. I have now done this in the template site on plone3 and exported it to /opt/Plone-3.2.3/zeocluster/var/client3/TEMPLATE-SiteOwner.keep.zexp (2010-09-15 12:17) and copied that to the import directory (ie. ready so that the future sites created with it will have this fix).
