CMFPlacefulWorkflow error trying to set policy on a folder

If you get the error "not found" and the ZMI error_log shows this (if you comment out the NotFound error type):

The fix is to upgrade to CMFPlacefulWorkflow 1.3.3.  Or you can go to the portal_skins, Properties tab, and insert a new layer "CMFPlacefulWorkflow" in the skin you are using on the site.
