A better way to get around uwosh.flash's 100 MB video size limit

The instructions at the related page do not quite work for me.

Instead, try this:

upload a small .flv video file instead of the large one; ideally it will have the same file name as the large one you ultimately want to show
send us a link to where we can get the large video .flv file, preferably via TitanFiles
proceed with adding a Flash video in your page
save the page and make sure that your shorter video plays fine when you view the page

We will replace the short video with the large video, and will let you know when that has been done. As soon as it has been done, viewers of your page will see the large video.

(What we do: we use FTP in the back end to substitute the correct large video in place of the short one that was uploaded by Plone.)
