System Instructions

Function:

 Manage the contracts the University awards to vendors for various services.

  1. Store information about the contracts so it can be readily referenced.
  2. Notify employees who are responsible for tasks related to the contracts at the appropriate time.
  3. Monitor that vendors are making the expected payments.
  4. Link to images of documents related to the contracts ( Not yet implemented )

Operation:

Setup

  • Establish the types of responsibility an employee may have concerning a contract -- Responsibility Type
  • Establish the types of text that may be stored for a contract -- Contract Text Type
  • Create templates for common tasks that are performed for many contracts -- Task Template
