            * Kurt is an Alum from UWO. Studied education for 1 yr. Sophomore yr he switched to business.
            * Question was asked: What do students lack the most when they leave UWO?
Answer: students in general often lack the communication skills to work with a team in a             corporate setting. Internships and presentations are suggested. Employers want to know           that you can deliver a project on time and work well in teams.
            * Question was asked: What is the ideal interview?
Answer: If a possible candidate brought in a portfolio that was be noticed highly. It is     also viewed highly is a candidate had gone through an assessment, whether it be Meyer-       Briggs or another personality assessment. Those assessments show that you are aware of      yourself as a worked and a human being.
            * Question was asked: How should you decide what job to take out of college?
Answer: Develop criteria for yourself. Decide what is important to you; whether it be             geography, education, etc… Work for your passion if possible. You will be in the work             force for a long time, do what you love. Suggested a book titled, “Live first, work            second.”

Answer: Take some time between Bachelors and Masters. It is favored to do it while the             study habits are there however, don’t jump right into it because employers most likely will pay for it. Get a job first and do it while you are working, re-enforce the things you     are learning by doing it at work.
            * Question was asked: DO you suggest joining a rotary?
Answer: WONDERFUL to join a community program.
