Parking Regulations

Parking regulations are enforced year-round, even when classes are not in session.

Parking in any legal, non-reserved space is free from 4:00 p.m. on Friday through 6 a.m. on Monday.

Parking Citation Appeal Form

A lost ticket, forgetfulness, parking only for a short period of time - with or without hazard lights on, failure to display a valid parking permit, and/or not seeing the signs are not acceptable grounds for an appeal. Evidence of a medical emergency or mechanical failure must be included with this form if such information is the basis for your appeal.

All other appeals may or may not be granted at the discretion of the Parking Appeals Committee.

Your appeal must be received by the Parking Services Office or postmarked within 72 hours of the date and time the citation was issued (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). If your appeal will not be received by Parking Services within 72 hours, please include in your appeal why it is late. Late appeals are not acceptable unless the extenuating circumstances are explained and accepted by the Parking Appeals Committee.

Be sure to click the SUBMIT button once you have completed the form. A reply will then be sent to you within two business days of submitting the form. If you do not receive a reply within that time, please contact the Parking Services office at parking@uwosh.edu.

PERMITS AVAILABLE

Faculty, staff, and commuter permits for the Spring 2013 semester are available for sale. The spring permit cost is $110 for the semester. Please stop by our office in the Lower Level of Blackhawk Commons to purchase your permit. If you have any questions, please contact us at parking@uwosh.edu or 920-424-4455.

Students who are living in a residence hall: We only have permits available for Lot 39. If you wish to purchase a permit for Lot 39 ($70 for the semester) or place your name on a waiting list for another permit option, please stop by our office in the Lower Level of Blackhawk Commons.
