Pay-and-display stations are available on High Avenue and Osceola Street. These stations allow you to purchase a parking permit at a rate of 75 cents per hour, valid in increments of four minutes to 16 hours. The permit must be placed on the passenger side of the front dash in such a way that it is readable from the outside. Parking is not permitted on High Avenue or Osceola Street 2–5 a.m.

For specific locations of these pay stations, please see our parking map.

If you experience a problem with a pay station, contact Parking Services immediately at 920-424-4455 to notify us of the pay station number and the problem you are encountering.
