Off Campus Housing

Oshkosh Student Association and Student Legal Services are pleased to offer UW Oshkosh students the off campus Housing Guide.  We hope the guide will be of great use as you look for housing in the near-campus neighborhoods.  One benefit of the Housing Guide is assurance that housing will be available and students NEVER have to sign a lease one year in advance!

NOTE: Please check the university's housing policy to verify that you can live off campus. Most freshmen and sophomores are required to live in the residence halls unless they live within the 45 mile commuter range and are commuting from their parent’s/legal guardian’s permanent home.

Call (920) 424-3202 or email osa@uwosh.edu to schedule an appointment with the attorney to review a lease before it is signed, for landlord questions/concerns, subletting forms, and much more!
