The UW Oshkosh campus is a residential campus located in the heart of Wisconsin along the Fox River in a city of 62,000 famous for its history and noted for modern commercial and cultural development. Oshkosh offers relaxing recreational activities, festivals, great shopping and a fine variety of museums, art galleries, and performing art centers. 

Northeastern Wisconsin has scenic forests and waterways; southern Wisconsin is largely rolling hills and farmland. The neighboring states are Minnesota on the west, Michigan on the east, and Illinois to the south.  The country of Canada is to the north.


Our campus is walkable, safe and picturesque with a great college and community environment. UW Oshkosh is also within easy driving distances of Milwaukee and Madison. The city of Oshkosh enjoys a low cost-of-living compared to the east and west Coast of the United States and offers students the opportunity to become fully immersed in the lifestyles of the Midwest.
