Universidad Bernardo O'Higgins (UBO) is a private university founded in 1990 and offers 17 undergraduate programs in through four core program; Law and Social Communications, Education, Engineering and Management and Health, Sport and Recreation.

UBO is located in metropolitan Santiago Chile, which is the capital of Chile and has a population of over five million. Santiago is considered the most cosmopolitan of Chilean cities and offers a diverse cultuaral experience.
