UWO alumna leads art adventure in Portugal
University of Wisconsin Oshkosh alumna Joye Moon ‘84, a nationally recognized watercolor artist, is leading a two-week Adventure in Portugal, including time for exploring, painting and tasting authentic Portuguese food and wine.
