This fully accredited bachelor’s degree program was one of the first non-traditional degree programs in the United States.  The Leadership Development program includes both online courses and evening courses.   Leadership Development program coursework is designed to equip you with the leadership, communication and problem-solving skills you need to succeed in non-profit organizations, government or business.
