Drop/Withdrawal Refund
- Refunds for tuition will be made based on the length of the course. Your courses may have different durations, as a result, different refund periods. Please check the chart below for refund policies.
- Registration and refund deadlines vary by course. Please check the course registration and refund dates for each of your courses.
Students must drop/withdraw from their course through the Online Catalog Registration System, login and select "Drop/Withdraw from Class" link on the left. The refund policy is as follows:

Tuition paid by credit card will be refunded to your credit card within one to two weeks of your withdrawal request. If you paid by check or money order, you may expect a refund check be mailed to you within six to eight weeks of your withdrawal request. You will receive a confirmation letter by mail once your withdrawal has been processed.
Refund Policy
100% refund of tuition and fees if refund request is submitted by the close of registration. Drop/Withdrawal requests are submitted through the Online Catalog Registration System.
Students who withdraw after the close of registration through the end of the 100% refund period will receive a 100% refund of tuition and a partial refund of fees ($70 is non-refundable at this time). Drop/Withdrawal requests are submitted through the Online Catalog Registration System.
Students who withdraw during the 50% refund period will receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees. Drop/Withdrawal requests are submitted through the Online Catalog Registration System.
Students who withdraw during the 25% refund period (for those courses for which this applies, see chart above) will receive a 25% refund of tuition and fees.Drop/Withdrawal requests are submitted through the Online Catalog Registration System.
