Registration is now open!* The deadline for registration is January 18, 2013 (Late registration still being accepted for music educators and off-site participants through January 31). Space is limited so register today! Group rates are available for parties of 10 or more. The group discount rate is 20% off the total registration fee. Housing is not included in this discount. There are two ways to register:

Instructions for registering by mail:

1). Download and print out the forms that pertains to you:

2). Fill out the form completely, attached a check or money order (made payable to "UWO Music/Music in Motion"), and mail it to:

     Payment is due in full on or before on-site check-in, February 1, 2013. 

Scholarships:

Two forms of scholarships exist for 2013

• MiM Honors Ensemble Scholarships: Pre-formed chamber music ensembles are eligible for scholarship. By recorded audition, scholarships will be awarded to the following ensembles: string quartet, brass quintet, woodwind quintet, vocal quartet, percussion ensemble, and jazz combo. Beside full tuition scholarship, the winning MiM Honors Ensembles will receive intimate coaching with MiM Faculty and have the opportunity to perform at the festival.

• Heid Music Scholarships: If you are taking private lessons at a Heid Music store, you are eligible to receive a scholarship for MiM. Speak with your private teacher more more information.

Summary of Financials:

• Two-day Registration Fee (includes meals) = $70

• One-day Registration Fee (includes meals) = $55 (for music educators only)

• Double-occupancy room at Gruenhagen Conference Center (includes breakfast) = $27

• Single-occupancy room at Gruenhagen Conference Center (includes breakfast) = $44

• 20% Group Discount given to groups of 10 or more

• 10% Early Registration Discount given to individuals registering on or before December 14, 2012

• 10% Early Registration Discount given to groups of 10 or more registering on or before December 14, 2012
