Where you'll stay while attending Music in Motion

High school students and music educators are invited to stay on-site in the Gruenhagen Conference Center, located on the UW Oshkosh campus. (You do not have to stay on campus in order to attend the event.) This inviting facility offers lounges, comfortable surroundings, and single or double occupancy. You will be able to reserve a room in the conference center when you register to attend Music in Motion.

• Location? Ideal. Many of the rooms in the Gruenhagen face the Fox River. And, it is located only two blocks away from all of the weekend's planned events.

• Convenient? Absolutely. Registration is easy as we take care of it for you as part of the registration process! Further, the fee is included.

• Safe and secure? Without a doubt. 24 hour supervision is provided for registered high school aged students.*

• Fun? Of course! What better way to experience Music in Motion then to spend it with your friends and be in an environment ripe to make many new ones? 

*1 chaperone will be provided by UWO for every 14 students that stay in the Gruenhagen Conference Center.  School-provided chaperones need to submit a Chaperone Registration Form.
