As a Friends of Music member, you become part of our chorus – our collective voice highlighting the students and programs of the Department of Music to our communities and beyond. You highlight the ensuing and invaluable contribution of cultural enrichment to everyday life.
As a Friends of Music member, you also acknowledge the practical needs of our aspiring young musicians. Many music students struggle financially to support both their education and their dreams of a career in music. They experience the daily challenges of balancing financial demands with the demands of their passion for a music education.
Please join our efforts to build a newly created scholarship fund in support of talented music students. Your contribution to the Friends of Music Scholarship will make a profound difference in the lives of deserving and gifted students. The ripple effect of that difference will profoundly affect those who enjoy the beauty and reap the bounty of these students’ talents and achievements!
