Opera Theatre
Opera Theatre is a hands-on course designed to acquaint the student with the fundamentals of opera performance and opera production. Singers receive professional instruction in all phases of opera acting, diction, repertoire and musical pantomime as well as in non-performing areas such as costumes, scenery, lighting and productions. Opera Theatre presents a production of scenes from varied operatic works in the fall semester and a production of a complete work in the spring semester.
