Recording Format:

Student Performances*

Cassette OR CD (included in $15 fee)
*Student recitals will be recorded at the request of the performer for a fee of $15. (Fee includes one cassette tape OR CD). Additional cassette or CD available for additional charge (see above). These fees must be paid in the Music Office within two (2) business days of the submission of this Recording Request. If payment is not received within this time, the Recording Requests will not be processed, and recording will not take place.

Faculty & Ensemble Performances

Please note: The facility is capable of producing a maximum of one cassette OR one CD at the time of a performance. Any cassettes or CDs requested in excess of this will be charged a $15 fee which includes engineering and media costs.
Please list the number of pieces, number of movements, and playing time for each piece in the order of the performance. Include encore, if possible:
Performers must be available for sound and level check for one-half hour prior to performance time.

YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION STATING YOUR MESSAGE HAS BEEN SENT, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST AGAIN.
