Come spend an evening with exceptional artists and a special guest, Chancellor Andrew Leavitt, at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s 5th annual MUSICA VIVA! We will also be paying tribute to Wally Messner who has given the music industry many talented music recording professionals! Chris Kuborn, host of Wisconsin Public Radio's Jazz Odyssey show, will serve as the evening's emcee.
Enjoy an exquisite evening of contemporary and historic musical entertainment as talented faculty, students and alumni of UW Oshkosh’s music department perform a broad range of instrumental, vocal, solo and ensemble compositions. Hors d’oeuvres, desserts and drinks top off this elegant affair.
6 p.m. — Opening reception with hors d'oeuvres featuring wines and other beverages selected by Professor Emeritus Jim Grine. Included with $50 pre-concert reception ticket.
7 p.m. — Performances by UW Oshkosh faculty, students and alumni

9 p.m. — Afterglow reception with desserts and live music
The evening will also include a silent auction of items donated by area businesses.
Semi-formal attire is appropriate for this event.
