Participants in the choir camp computer classes use
multimedia
drill and practice applications to learn, extend, and reinforce basic
musical
skills. They also explore computer-based notation and MIDI composition
environments to create music of their own.

Participants in this class used MusicTime
Deluxe and the freely-available Finale
NotePad to
create their compositions, hear and print them, and convert them to
MIDI files for the web.
Click the links below to download or purchase one of these music
notation
applications
for use on your own computer system.
If your browser doesn't play the MIDI files on this page you
may download
and install a
multimedia helper application, such as the free QuickTime
Player. To view, print, play, or edit Finale files (which contain
complete scoring and voicing), a Finale
product is
required.
If your browser doesn't open PDF files, you may download the free Adobe
Reader. Click the links above and below to get these helper
applications for your system.
