Welcome to the UW Oshkosh ACES Mentoring Network! (Academic & Classified Employee Support) You have chosen to participate in a meaningful and exciting program that will assist you in becoming more familiar with the organizational history and culture of the university, accomplishing your job, being aware of university resources, helping you grow and develop as UW Oshkosh employees, and networking with other employees.

This Mentoring Handbook has been developed to assist you in your mentoring relationship by providing guidelines to help you complete designated objectives. The handbook, accompanied by a two-hour training session, will take you step-by-step through your mentoring relationship -- from the initial meeting with your mentee or mentor to the evaluation of your experience when it concludes. Your mentee or mentor has a very similar handbook. There are also optional "Supportive Materials" provided by the Human Resources Mentoring Program Team to use in working with your mentee or mentor.
