Printing
Adobe Acrobat Files - 2 Common & Easily Remedied Problems!
Cut
Off Edges
If you printed one of our forms and the edges are cut off, try
the steps below. You can probably fix this in the Print
Dialog Box.
- Pull up
the desired Mentoring Form.
- Click
on File and choose Print.
- In the
box that appears, put a "check-mark"
in the "Shrink To Fit" box.
- Click
OK to print.
Only
Prints the First Page
Some users of Microsoft Internet Explorer may find that when printing
a form with mulitple pages, only the first page prints. Try this
to remedy the problem:
- Pull up
the desired Mentoring Form.
- Instead
of going up to the Microsoft Explorer menu bar and choosing
File and then Print, use the smaller toolbar that appears near
the top of our form. This is called the Adobe Acrobat
Reader's tool bar.
- Click
on the little button that looks like a printer.
