Timeline for CMUG Laboratory and Classroom Modernization Projects
| July 18, 2012 | Information Technology (IT) Office issues call for proposals |

| November 9, 2012 | Completed Form B’s (2 copies) for ALL proposals are due in the IT Office (Dempsey 306). The submission will include the Form B(s) and attachment(s). |
| November 14, 2012 | IT Office sends the Academic Deans a link to electronic copies of ALL Lab Mod proposals received by November 16th for their respective review and rank ordering; a link to Classroom Mod proposals is sent to the CMUG chairperson for committee review and rank ordering; a link to General Computer Access proposals is sent to the ACUG chairperson for committee review and rank ordering. |
| December 4, 2012 | Deans submit Lab Mod college priorities to the IT Office. Colleges will identify proposals that are to be evaluated by Facilities Management. Low-ranking proposals with no chance of being funded should be eliminated. |
| December 10, 2012 | IT Office sends the Director of Facilities Management a link to the proposals that the Colleges identified for review and signature. Proposals that create departmental networks will be signed off by IT before forwarding. |
| February 22, 2013 | Director of Facilities Management completes review and returns signed proposals to the IT Office. |
| March 1, 2013 | Provost’s Administrative Staff members receive a link to electronic copies of the reviewed Lab Mod proposals. |
| March 13, 2013 | Deans discuss and approve funding for lab mod proposals at their regular meeting following the Provost’s Administrative Staff meeting; CMUG and ACUG recommendations, along with Form B’s, are due in the IT Office. |
| March 19, 2013 | If necessary, Academic Deans meet to finalize funding for lab mod proposals. |
| April 2, 2013 | Members of the Provost’s Administrative Staff receive the list of lab mod projects approved for funding in FY 2012-2013, Classroom Mod recommendations from CMUG and General Computer Access recommendations from ACUG. |
