Nominate an outstanding nontraditional student!

Outstanding Undergraduate Returning Adult Student Award

UW Oshkosh recognizes that it takes hard work and dedication to return to school as an adult learner. We want to recognize and honor these students.   

Students will be selected from each of the four colleges and from the Division of Lifelong Learning and Community Engagement. Please take a moment to complete the nomination form below.

Nominations will be evaluated on the following qualities:

  • Perseverance (through a challenging learning pathway to the university, or other challenging personal circumstances)
  • Contribution (willingly sharing new skills, knowledge and abilities with others, or by supporting others to engage in learning activities)
  • Leadership (on campus or in the community through involvement and/ or academic performance)
  • Achievements (demonstrating a strong determination to complete his/her studies, or attaining good grades)

The deadline for nominations is Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014.
