Fees and Registration
Early registration is recommended for this program.
The online class will be delivered via the UW Oshkosh Desire to Learn (D2L) program. Each participant will be given a D2L log-in username and password. You can review D2L video tutorials at www.uwosh.edu/llce/cnl/tools-and-resources.
The course will be instructed by Jeffrey J. Phillips, R.S. Phillips is the contract policy development manager in the Division of Enterprise Services for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services in Madison, Wis.
Non-Credit: Professionals can receive 1.6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for their full attendance in this course.
Undergraduate Credit: Students have the option to earn one undergraduate credit to UW Oshkosh. The course is Biology 445--Special Topics in Environmental Health. Students who are interested in earning undergraduate credit should contact Gregory Kleinheinz, R.S., Ph.D. to sign up for the course. $395: Registration fee for the non-credit course. This fee includes the comprehensive study guide
$199: Study Guide only (This option is only for students who register for the undergraduate credit option. There may be additional fees for this option.)
The program fee for the non-credit portion of the prep course is due no later than 10 days before the program. The fee includes instruction and study guide. After that date, call Lifelong Learning and Community Engagement to determine program availability. Enrollment is limited.
If UW Oshkosh receives notice of cancellation 10 full business days before the start of the non-credit portion of the program, you will receive a full refund of fees minus a $30 processing charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 10 full business days before the program begins. No refunds will be given to no-shows. UW Oshkosh reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment, as well as the right to limit enrollment due to demand.
