Join UW Oshkosh and visiting professor Xiaoyu Mao for an eight-week introduction workshop to Chinese language and customs. 

Travel to China with the confidence that you will know and understand basic language and customs.

• Conduct business
• Study abroad
• Travel for leisure

You’ll learn useful and simple phrases and expressions that you’ll need to interact with Chinese people. You’ll also learn about Chinese culture and traditions that will help reduce culture shock when you travel.

The class will meet once a week for one hour, over the course of nine consecutive weeks. The instructor is Xiau Mao, a visiting English professor from Ningbo University.
