Credit for Symposium Attendance
CECHs: Category I CECHs will be available to Certified Health Education Specialists through UW–La Crosse (a National Multiple Event Provider). These CECHs require an additional fee:
- $16 – for Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013: 6 Category I CECHs
- $ 8 – for Friday, Feb. 8, 2013: 3 Category I CECHs
- $24 – for Thursday and Friday, Feb. 7–8, 2013: 9 Category I CECHs

Continuing Education Units: CEUs are available for Symposium participants. CEUs will be awarded as follows: 0.6 CEUs for Thursday only; 0.3 CEUs for Friday only; and 0.9 CEUs for Thursday and Friday.
Accommodations are available at reduced rates at The Madison Concourse Hotel. Please register online at http://concoursehotel.com, or call the facility directly at (800) 356-8293. Rates are $70 single, $110 double. Please indicate that you are attending the Adolescent Health Symposium when making your reservation. To receive these reduced rates, you must register no later than January 16, 2013. We urge you to make your sleeping reservation as soon as possible. You can cancel your sleeping room reservation with no penalty before 4 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2013.
If UW Oshkosh Continuing Education receives notice of cancellation by the registration deadline (Jan. 26, 2011), you will receive a full refund of fees, minus a $20 processing charge. Substitutions for this program may be made at any time. Please inform us of such substitutions in advance, if possible. UW Oshkosh reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment, as well as the right to limit enrollment due to excessive demand.
