The International Conference on Transnational Education and Learning (ICTEL) offers an engaging opportunity for the discussion and presentation of trends, opportunities and challenges in transnational education and learning. The purpose of ICTEL is to provide scholars, administrators and other practitioners with an academic forum that fosters sharing and collaboration to discuss frameworks that will contribute to changing policies and enriching the literature and practices on transnational education and learning worldwide.
