Mary Weber, Ph.D.

Dr. Mary Weber has 27 years experience in the food service industry, 10 years in a private international corporate headquarters and 10 years in association management developing an education foundation. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (1984) and a Master’s of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, Louisiana (1998). She defended her doctoral thesis in Grenoble, France for the doctorate of business administration program (DBA) in 2006. 

In her spare time Weber enjoys the luxury of reading, she walks daily with her German shepherd and loves to cook and ride her motorcycle on the weekends.
