All Leadership and Organizational Studies courses provide additional learning opportunities for individuals who wish to advance in their current career or a related field. Students will gain knowledge in:

The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association of Schools and Colleges. The Bachelor of Applied Studies in Leadership and Organizational Studies has been fully authorized by the UW System and its Board of Regents.
