When planning out your budget for your college career, please keep in mind a few items that you may be required to pay for.

  • Tuition – tuition for the 2012–2013 academic year is $360 per credit. This total includes segregated fees, differential tuition fees and municipal fees.
  • Specific course fees
  • Book costs

Deferring Your Tuition

If your employer offers a tuition reimbursement policy you may qualify to defer your tuition. Please consult your employer for a “Letter of Authorization” outlining the policy including your name, student id number or last four digits of social security number, and what reimbursement will cover, together with your signed tuition deferment form. These must be submitted to the UW Oshkosh Student Accounts Office prior to the first day of classes. It is your responsibility to obtain a Letter of Authorization from your employer. Both the Letter of Authorization and signed deferment form must be on file prior to course start date to qualify for deferment.

If you have questions, please contact the Student Account’s Office at (920) 424-1332 for assistance.
