New U is a higher education information session that is geared toward adult learners like you who are considering a return to college for a bachelor's or master's degree.
Whether you are new to the University, are interested in transferring to UW Oshkosh or took classes years ago but never attained your degree, this information session will give you the resources you need to attend school at UW Oshkosh.
Come for the whole event or stop in from 5-7 p.m. during our education expo. We'll have staff on hand to talk to you and answer all of your questions about returning to school. Additionally, representatives from two-year and technical schools will attend, so even if you aren't sure which degree will fit your goals, you'll find the information you need to make a decision.
At this information session you will have the chance to:
- Meet instructors and support staff.
- Explore possible areas of study.
- Gather resources from area two-year, technical and four-year institutions.
- Learn how to apply for admission.
- Find out about financial assistance.
- Discover campus career resources.
- Learn about UW Oshkosh online and evening programs.
- Hear adult nontraditional students share their personal experiences.
