Craig Thomas
I received a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2012. I also hold degrees in English literature from Harvard University and Washington State University.
Prior to UW Oshkosh, I worked in the libraries of MIT and Harvard as a cataloger, technologist, service coordinator, and digital projects manager. As a consultant, I have done work on information systems and web development for the National Park Service, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, MIT, and Boston College. I have also taught broadly in the humanities and communications at Harvard, BC, and Whitworth College.
As the newest member of the LTS team (August 2012), I look forward to using technology to help meet the information needs of UWO students, faculty, and staff. I will also be involved in library technology groups and initiatives in the UW System.
