Logging in From Off Campus
How do I log in from off campus to library databases?
All currently registered UW Oshkosh faculty, staff and students may access library databases from off campus. Start from the library homepage, and either enter your search terms into the search box (highlighted in red), or choose a specific database from the dropdown menu (highlighted in green) to search, such as Academic Search Complete.
If you have selected a specific database from the "Research Databases" dropdown menu, you will be presented with the screen shown below. You'll need to enter your NetID and password to continue. Note: you will also see this screen if you attempt to access articles via Search@UW.
What is my username and password?
Your username is the first part of your UW Oshkosh email (without the @uwosh.edu). Your password is your UW Oshkosh NetID.
How do I find out what my University email username is?
Try the online email directory - search for your name and find out!
How do I change my password?
Try the NetID password change, or if your password needs to be reset, contact Academic Computing at 920-424-3020.
