Using RefWorks in Internet Explorer 9

RefWorks is currently experiencing some compatibility issues with Internet Explorer 9. To allow RefWorks to be fully functional within Internet Explorer, compatibility mode must be enabled.

1. Log in to your RefWorks account.

2. To the right of the address bar, click on the "compatibility view" button (highlighted in the red box), which will allow the browser to interact better with RefWorks.

3. The "compatibility view" button should now be highlighted blue, indicating that it's turned on. (Circled in red)
